Paris Inspriation

Parisian women have to be some of my biggest style icons.  They always look incredibly chic and classy and they somehow manage to make it look effortless at the same time.  When you break-down their looks, their individual pieces really are quite basic, but when they put it all together it creates such a stunning look.  I don't know what their secret is, but I wish someone would let me in on it.
